Included:
- Installation and repair of ceiling fans, exhaust fans, and wall-mounted fans.
- Ensures proper fitting, secure wiring, and smooth operation.
Not Included:
- Cost of extra parts (fan, regulator, screws, wiring).
- Major electrical modifications or new wiring setup.
- Painting, patchwork, or false ceiling modifications.
