Frequently asked questions
What does a refrigerator service include?
The coils, the door seals, the drainage and the cooling performance, checked and cleaned. ₹399 for a single door and ₹499 for a double door.
Why is the side-by-side option an inspection rather than a service?
Because side-by-side units vary much more in layout. ₹599 covers the inspection, and any servicing beyond it is quoted once the technician has seen the unit.
Will a service stop the fridge smelling?
It addresses the usual causes: the drain tray, the drainage line and the door seals. If the smell persists, the technician will say what is actually causing it.
Not sure which service you need?
Tell us what the problem is and we will say which service covers it, what the labour costs, and what is charged separately.
