Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the ₹499 and ₹599 options?
The unit type. ₹499 is a window AC and ₹599 a split, which has both an indoor and an outdoor unit to reach and clean.
Do I need to buy the gas separately?
A general service does not include refrigerant. If the technician finds the pressure is low, a refill is quoted separately and starts at ₹1,499.
What if it still does not cool afterwards?
Tell the technician before they leave. A general service is a clean, not a repair — if the fault is a leak or a part, it is diagnosed on the same visit and quoted separately.
Not sure which service you need?
Tell us what the problem is and we will say which service covers it, what the labour costs, and what is charged separately.
