Most often refrigerant. The ₹299 cooling inspection confirms it; leak repair labour is ₹799 and gas charging starts at ₹1,499.
Do I need the leak repair as well as the gas charging?
If the gas escaped through a leak, yes — charging a leaking system means paying for it twice. The inspection says which of the two applies.
Is this the same as compressor repair?
No. This is the cooling circuit and the refrigerant. Compressor, thermostat and sensor work is a separate service, with labour from ₹499.
Is the ₹299 inspection fee deducted if I go ahead with the repair?
