Frequently asked questions
What does the ₹1,499 cover?
Machine scrubbing of up to 500 square feet of suitable tile or stone floor.
What is the difference between scrubbing and polishing?
Scrubbing cleans the surface. A marble polishing visit at ₹2,499 restores the finish, and is for marble and suitable stone rather than tile.
My floor is bigger than 500 square feet — what then?
A ₹499 assessment of the area comes first, and the job is quoted from that.
Is the ₹499 assessment fee deducted if I go ahead with the work?
NEEDS OWNER — whether an assessment fee is adjusted against the job is not recorded on the platform. A suggested wording is in the report.
