₹249 repairs the existing lock. ₹349 is the labour to swap it for another. ₹499 fits a lock where there was none.
Do you supply the lock?
No. The lock is charged separately, and the carpenter says what type fits your door before anything is bought.
My key turns but the door will not open — is that the lock?
Often the latch or the alignment rather than the lock itself. The carpenter checks both and tells you which it is.
